Are woodland buds sold with the small pouch on the arm with Velcro for patches on them?

Both Tru-Spec and Propper make that type, called the "ACU" or Army Combat Uniform. Tru-Spec call them the "TRU" or Tactical Responce Uniform. They are also a lot of low cost (and low quality) ACM (all china made) versions available of them. BDU refers to Battle Dress Uniform. ACU and BDU are the cut or style of uniform, not a camo pattern as a lot of people call the curent US Army digital pattern "ACU".
